Service Agreement

Section 1 — General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone ("User" or "Player") who uses the e92pro platform, including its websites, mobile sites, and related services ("Platform").

By accessing the e92pro platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be personally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue to use the platform.

e92pro reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the platform after any amendments are announced, the user is considered to have accepted those changes.

Section 2 — User Eligibility

To register an account or play at e92pro, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be at least 21 years old (21+).
• Online gaming must not be illegal in the place where you reside.
• You must register your own account using your own accurate personal information — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each person may only open one account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be able to complete a personal KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

e92pro reserves the right to immediately suspend any account that does not meet the above requirements and to decide whether or not to return the remaining balance in that account.

Section 3 — Account Registration and Management

3.1 — Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide your own correct name, date of birth, and contact details. e92pro is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information that was not updated.

3.2 — Account Security

Your username and password are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out after logging in to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify e92pro support immediately.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal, or when requested by e92pro, the user must submit identity documents such as a national ID card, passport, or payment card. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3.4 — Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned via approved methods.

Section 4 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 — Deposit Methods

Approved deposit methods at e92pro are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

4.2 — Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 — Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum amount per withdrawal is 10,000 Ks. As a general rule, withdrawals are only permitted via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour; however, processing may take longer due to incomplete KYC verification or security checks.

4.4 — Payment Verification

Deposits must be made from verified personal accounts only. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be returned. e92pro strictly follows anti-money laundering policies.

Section 5 — Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit at e92pro can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks and can play with a total of 60,000 Ks; the 40,000 Ks bonus can be withdrawn after it has been wagered 10 times (40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks).

Another example — if you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks and can play with a total of 420,000 Ks; the 200,000 Ks bonus can only be withdrawn after it has been wagered 10 times (200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks).

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 — Bonus Control

You cannot claim another bonus while an existing bonus is still active. All bonuses are subject to a per-person limit, and any attempt to claim extra bonuses by opening duplicate accounts may result in account suspension.

5.4 — Promotion Changes

e92pro may change bonus and promotion terms without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon announcement.

Section 6 — Gaming Policies

6.1 — Fair Play

Game results at e92pro are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be predetermined by anyone. We are committed to fair play.

6.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at e92pro—

• Using software, bots, or any automation tools to play
• Collusion — players working together to gain an unfair advantage over the platform
• Bonus abusing — attempting to withdraw through bonuses using clear wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms
• Money laundering attempts

If any such activity is detected, e92pro reserves the right to close the account and void any funds held in it.

6.3 — Technical Errors

Any funds obtained by a player who knowingly exploits a website bug are not considered winnings and must be returned. If you discover a bug, please notify our support team immediately.

The service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice due to technical maintenance, cybersecurity measures, or other reasons. e92pro is not liable for any losses resulting from such suspensions.

10.3 — Permanent Account Closure

When a clear violation of these terms is identified, e92pro reserves the right to permanently close the account without prior notice, and will determine how any associated funds are handled.

Section 11 — Dispute Resolution
